The 2018 OVO Energy Tour of Britain, which starts in Carmarthenshire on Sunday, September 2 will feature the strongest-ever line-up in the modern history of the race.

Reigning Tour de France champion Geraint Thomas and Giro d’Italia winner Chris Froome will be amongst a star-studded line-up who will be approaching our next of the woods sometime after 2pm.

If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse of the great and good, they’ll hit Gilwern first before heading to Govilon and Llanfoist, where they’ll take the Gypsy Lane turn (B4269) toward Llanellen and on to Usk.

It’ll be sight to behold so make sure you’re part of history as the first stage of the tour passes through Monmouthshire.
