Brian and Ian Davis from Abergavenny, known locally as Team Boycey won last year's Cotswold Motor Group Rally Championship.

The championship comprising of eight rounds was held predominantly in the Cotswold's area.

The Ford Escort Mk 2 proved to be very reliable and the team won several rounds outright. They won the best turned out car on two events and best Ford on Hereford Motor Club events.

Brian and Ian are both members of Hereford Motor Club. Looking forward to this year, the team want to do more events in Ireland. This year they finished their first full tarmac stage event in Ireland also competing at the iconic Lurgan Park. The self prepared car has been a credit to the team who are sure to go on to greater success this year.
