ABERGAVENNY Hockey Club’s ladies section are through to the Welsh Cup Trophy Semi-Final for the first time in the club’s history.
The ladies section are enjoying considerable success this year with the First XI sitting second in South Wales Division Two, only three points behind leaders Carmarthen.
The Second XI are sitting mid-table in South Wales Division Four having beaten top of the table Cardiff Medics 0-4 on the weekend.
The ladies will contest the semi-final at the National Hockey Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff this Sunday (Feb 19) with a 2.15pm start.
