ABERGAVENNY'S Rachel James picked up an impressive threee medal haul at the
British Cycling National Track Championships in Manchester,
James piloted Sophie Thornhill to gold on the tandem in the para-cycling 200m flying start time trial for blind and visually impaired riders and the para-cycling BVI mixed kilo.
Deciding two golds wasn't enough, James then added a bronze on the penultimate day of competition in the women's team sprint.
