Abergavenny co-driver Jamie Vaughan won his class on the recent Jaffa Xmas Stages Rally 2016. Co-driving for Ian Godney in a Renault Clio, the crew won class for and were ninth overall.

The event is traditionally organised by Carmarthen Motor Club on Boxing Day at the Welsh Motorsports Centre Pembrey. The event attracted 70 entries and is an ideal way to blow away any Christmas excesses.
