Can the Beavers beat the elements?

Abergavenny Cricket Club are hoping that they are able to beat the weather so that this weekends first two pre-season matches can take place.

On Saturday the club are due to be hosting Carmarthen Wanderers and on Sunday Cheltenham Civil Service are the visitors to Avenue Road with both games being 45 overs a side contests starting at 1pm.

Senior Training has started at the ground and will continue every Tuesday from 6pm and Junior Training has commenced on a Friday Evening from 6pm with new and existing players of all ages welcome to attend. Aber have secured the services of brothers Chris and Dan Hartland who have rejoined from Brynmawr CC.
