WITH Bonfire Night just a few weeks away Abergavenny Round Table has announced the winners of its Firework Extravaganza poster competition.

Advertising this year's Round Table Firework Extravaganza on November 5 at Belgrave Park, the winning poster of the competition for under eights year olds is Poppy Park who is in Year 2 at Gilwern Primary and the winner of the eight and over category is Jack Webb of Llanfoist Fawr Primary.

Round Table Chairman, Ian Bowden said, "We were very impressed with the standard of all the entries to this year's competition but the two winners, Poppy and Jack, really showed clearly what we wanted in our posters.

"We hope to see as many people as possible at the Firework Extravaganza, as that is where we raise most of the money that we are able to give away to all the good causes in and around Abergavenny."
