Members of Usk Twinning Association were given a tour of the Welsh Assembly this week by local AM Nick Ramsay.

The group included representative from Usk’s twin town, Graben Neudorf.

“The twinning association has done excellent work over many years developing strong relations between Usk and Graben Neudorf and also between the UK and Germany,” said Nick.

“It’s important we do all we can to encourage international co-operation, particularly in the wake of the referendum decision to leave the EU.

“I look forward to working closely with the association over the months and years to come to help develop our friendship.”
