Heavy traffic is building up on the Hardwick roundabout with emergency vehicles already at the scene.

Eye witness reports say the traffic was initially at a standstill with police reported at the site of the former poultry factory. Lanes are now open although traffic around Abergavenny remains heavy as people head for fireworks displays around the area.
