Gwent Police seized a vehicle in Abergavenny this week, following calls from locals.

Members of the community in suggested that the driver of the vehicle was a provisional license holder, prompting officers to stop the driver. It was confirmed via Gwent Police's social media that the driver has been reported for motoring offences with the vehicle seized.
