GWENT Police are appealing for information to locate 61-year-old Steven Hopkins who has been reporting missing since being last seen around three weeks ago.

Mr Hopkins is from the Usk area and officers are concerned for his wellbeing.

He is approximately 5ft 7in tall, of slim build and has a shaved head.
