Costain are planning a night-time closure of the A465 Heads of the Valleys road from Tuesday August 30 at 8.30pm to Wednesday August 31 at 6am as part of the Gilwern-Brynmawer dualling scheme.

Primarily the closure is being put in place for a traffic switch which involves moving 700m of road barrier and white lining. Other works are scheduled to make full use of the closure.
