AN ABERGAVENNY man appeared at Newport Crown Court pleading not guilty to to several counts of rape.
Michael Thomas, 43, of Dolau-is-Coed, Fforest Coalpit, denied three counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, two counts of indecent assault, one count of false imprisonment and one account of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was remanded in custody and will appear back in Newport Crown Court on December 1.
