A local car recovery firm completed a top secret assignment for super-spy James Bond last week, it has emerged.

Lane’s Garage, Abergavenny, Aston Martin’s trusted partner, got the call to load and unload the DB10 model supercar in Cardiff city centre last Wednesday.

The £1m Aston Martin, which featured in last year’s spy epic ‘Spectre’, took centre-stage at a display which was ringed by an eager half-term crowd near Cardiff Castle.

The stunning model is currently touring the UK to drum up support for a charity auction where it is expected to raise big money.
