TWO mini-motorbikes were seized in the Mardy area of Abergavenny last Tuesday as part of an operation to stop the illegal use of these vehicles on the highway.

A motorised vehicle, such as the one pictured, which was seized at the Heol Hamelin address requires a valid test certificate and insurance for it to be used on the road.

The mini-motorbikes are unable to undergo official testing and therefore their use is strictly off-road.
