GWENT Police is appealing for information to find 31-year-old Steven Howells, from the Brynmawr area, who breached his license conditions after being released from prison.

Howells was serving a sentence for aggravated taking a motor vehicle without consent, dangerous driving and causing injury or damage.

Due to the fact he breached his license conditions he has now been recalled to prison.
