I WOULD like to reply to the letters by Mr and Mrs

Anonymous regarding dog mess.

I entirely agree there is far too much left lying about and

too many bags festooning hedges etc. There is antisocial

behaviour in every walk of life.

The part of the letter I found most interesting was that it

appears dog owners are exempt from part of their council

tax. I had no idea.

I want my fellow dog owners to descend on the benefits

agency to demand the relevant forms for us to claim this

exemption.

I am sure that there are some services that many of us do

not use personally but we expect to pay our due whether

we agree with all services or not.
