POLICE are appealing for the owners of a dog found near Abergavenny to come forward.

The collie was found on Monday in the St Faiths Close area of Llanfoist, Abergavenny. Appeals have been made locally via Facbook in an attempt to trace the owners of the dog, which may have also been spotted outside the village earlier in the week
