People across Monmouthshire are being invited to take part in a UK firearms survey.

The Association of Police and Crime Commissioners is conducting the UK-wide survey to better understand resident’s views on current firearms licensing regulations.

The Home Office is reviewing arrangements for the licensing of guns and will shortly be introducing new statutory guidance to be followed by all police forces.

The APCC wants to hear what the public thinks about these issues, so these views can be fed back to the Home Office.

The survey is anonymous, only takes a few minutes, and will remain open until 5pm on Wednesday, October 20.
