PICTURED are the winning Glangrwyney team who clinched the Marches League Division Four title in high style with an emphatic win over Bartestree Thirds.

Reflecting on a memorable season, Glangrwyney skipper Colin Griffiths told the Chronicle, "It's been a real team effort for Glang with every member of the squad pulling their weight and pulling together.

"It's been a wonderful season for us and to win the title and promotion to Division Three with our sixth straight victory on the bounce makes it that much more sweeter - almost as sweet as the ale that flowed long into the weekend after our final win!"
