Abergavenny Ladies Hockey Coach Nick Farrell remains confident that the club will continue to go from strength to strength and is pleased to see that, “the ladies are developing a culture which is hard working and very supportive.”
Farrell told the Chronicle, “It’s been a privilege to take on the role of coaching this group of ladies this season, our focus is to make every session inclusive, enjoyable and suited to players of all levels of ability.
“Despite the recent relative success of establishing a stable second team and development side, and also our first XI gaining promotion into the South Wales Women’s League division two last season; we are confident that further promotion is a very achievable target alongside the constant objective of further increasing participation in our sport.”
