PICTURED is 14-year-old Ffion James who was recently awarded a Welsh Cap.

The talented Gilwern footballer has been playing soccer since she was four-years-old and currently plays for Bristol City Womens’ Academy.

The cap was presented by Womens’ National Team Manager Jayne Ludlow at an awards ceremony

held at The Celtic Manor.
