Abergavenny Women Under 14s returned to league action on the weekend with a convincing 11-2 victory over Porth.

Aber started the match on the front front and soon they were creating goal scoring chances. The deadlock was soon broken with Gracie Grosvenor grabbing the first of her five goals for the game. The scoring continued throughout the match with Eleri Jones (2), Meg Welford (2), Ella Rees-Weldon and Manon Higgins also adding to the tally.

The matchday squad supporting the scorers were Katie Barker, Bobbi Allcock, Bella Wilce, Cristyn Powell, Sophie Engel, Carys Pond, Mia Sherrard, Elin Ball, Erin Higgins and Chelleter Graham-Sawyers.

The girls will be at home again next weekend when they welcome Cardiff Crusaders to Abergavenny.
