Matthew Vale’s rink was only two shots down after seven ends and four behind after 12 ends but then dropped six shots on both the 13th and 15th ends which eventually consigned the rink to defeat by 31 shots to 18.
The EMBA fixture against Caldicot on Sunday was cancelled and has been rearranged for Sunday, July 9.
