PICTURED is upper sixth King Henry VIII pupil Josh Guy, who recently played for the Wales U19 team that smashed the England U19 lads 13-10 at at Rodney Parade.

Josh is in his final year at King Henry where he captains the school's senior rugby team from the scrum-half position.

During his rugby development he made the Blaenau-Gwent Schools District U15 team and then went on to represent the Dragons county side in the U16 and U18 age groups.

Through great determination and dedication, Guy has worked around his A-level studies to train four times a week with the Dragons.

He hopes to continue with his rugby while studying at university.
