A single car incident led to the temporary closure of the A40 westbound between the Raglan roundabout and the Hardwick roundabout this morning.

Four people were taken to Nevill Hall Hospital as a precaution following the road traffic collision which involved a white Vauxhall Corsa.

The driver of the car - a 22 year old man from West Bromwich, has been reported for driving without due care and attention.

The road was temporarily closed following the incident but by 11am one lane had re-opened with the road due to fully reopen shortly.
