Gwent Police are appealing for information following the theft of a donation box from the Tourist Information Centre on Monk Street in Abergavenny at around 9.50am on Saturday June 18.

The offender is described as approximately 5ft 8-9ins inches tall, of a thin build with a dark beard.

He was wearing a dark-coloured hooded top with lighter patches, dark trousers and trainers.

He was seen to leave in the direction of the car park.
