ONCE again we have a dog walker expecting council tax
payers to foot the bill for the provision of special bins in
which to deposit the mess their dogs produce (anonymous
August 7). Heres a solution that bears no cost to anyone,
take you dogs mess home with you and flush it away, as
simple at that or are adverse to carry the mess with you
on the rest of your walk.
Those of us that are not dog owners have to endure the
foul mess under foot or witness discarded bags in trees or
thrown into bushes.
In the past I have to Postbag on this subject and had no
objection to my name and address being published the
result was a petty minded dog owner decided under cover
of darkness to deposit bagged up dogs mess in the street
where I live, typical.
