FORMER postman Robin Woodhouse is still on his collection rounds but this time he is more concerned with miniature lorries, tankers and transporters than letters and parcels.
Robin, an enthusiastic 71 years of age, of St George's Crescent, Abergavenny, has amassed vast numbers of full-scale mini vehicles, mostly from the 1960s when Dinky Toys were all the rage with keen collectors.
He has now been buying his miniature vehicles off the Internet over the past five or six years.
After around 40 years service as a postman, he finds time to transport children to primary school at Llanvihangel Crucorney in, appropriately, a mini-bus.
