Abergavenny Repair Café will re-open this Saturday (June 19) taking place at the Abergavenny Community Centre from 11am to 2pm.

The café is an initiative by Repair Cafe Wales, a community interest company which fixes household items for free at monthly events all over Wales.

Due to covid restrictions the repair cafe will currently be operating a booking system to control numbers.

The café already has a community of incredible volunteers, but are always looking for more people who would be interested in lending their rime and supporting the café.

Volunteers with fixing skills are particularly needed, but there is also a need at the café for individuals that could help sustain their events through different skills such as marketing, social media, customer engagement and much more.
