THE police helicopter has been called out to help find a missing woman in the Abergavenny area.

A police spokesman said, “At approximately 11.50am this morning, we received reports of a missing person in the area of Llanarth, near Abergavenny.

“Officers searched the local area, with support from the police helicopter and female, in 30s, was found safe and well in Abergavenny at approximately 1.55pm.”
