GWENT police are appealing for witnesses to the fatal collision which occurred on the A465 near Clydach on Saturday, to contact them.
Two people died following the collision, one of whom has been named locally as 29 year old Phillip Bath of Nantyglo.
Mr Bath, 29, who was known by the nickname Kinky, is understood to be from the Coed Cae estate in Nantyglo, and previously attended Nantyglo Comprehensive School.
Police have also today (Monday) identified the motorcyclist who was pronounced dead at the scene, as Glyndwr John Evans, aged 49 from the Glynneath area.
Officers are making a specific appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision or were in the area at the time of the collision to contact Gwent Police by dialling 101.
Officers are aware of several people who were in the vicinity of the collision, which occurred at around 12:35, who haven't as yet spoken to officers.
These people are urged to come forward as they might hold vital information in regards to cause of the collision.
The collision involved a yellow Peugeot 106 car which was travelling towards Brynmawr and a Yamaha motorcycle and a Brutale motorcycle which were travelling towards Abergavenny.
One of the motorcyclists was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the Peugeot died in hospital in Cardiff on Sunday. The surviving motorcyclist remains in a serious condition in hospital, and the car passenger suffered minor injuries.
