Gilwern's acting goalkeeper Tim Skarratts was sent off after four minutes for handling outside of his box, and Pandy punished a ten man Gilwern by going 2-0 up at the interval.
A depleted Gilwern put up a good fight with goals from John Pinkney (2) and Alyn Jones in the second-half, but it was never going to be enough as Pandy matched all three strikes goal for goal.
