The Westbound carriageway of the A456 Heads of the Valleys road is to be closed overnight on on Wednesday, December 7 between 8.30pm and 6am on Thursday between the Hardwick Roundabout and the Glanbaiden Roundabout

The closure is being planned to enable contractors Costain to carry out a traffic switch on the approach to Glanbaiden Roundabout, which will include the relocation of a few hundred meters of temporary concrete barrier.

In the event of bad weather the closure will take place overnight on Thursday.
