A female motorcyclist is in a stable condition after being airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a crash on the A465 near Llangua at the weekend.

Police were called at around 2.45pm on Saturday after reports of an accident involving a Triumph motorcycle and a Land Rover. The road was closed for some time.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call Gwent Police quoting log no 325 for 13/08/16.
