A life-saving defibrillator reported missing from Abergavenny Post Office has been found.

An earlier appeal had asked for locals to help find the device, but it later emerged police had used it during an event yesterday.

A social media post from Abergavenny Community First Responders confirmed the news, following an earlier plea for help. ??It read, “Defib from Post Office now located, it was used yesterday. Will get it back from the PCSO that used it and get new defib pads back in ASAP.

“Thank you to all those that shared the earlier post. Great to know it was used trying to save a life.”
