USK runner Ray Morgan recently achieved a lifetime ambition when he run a marathon up the fierce and unforgiving slopes of Mont-Blanc.

Having experienced the rugged beauty of the mighty mountains on skiing holidays, it was a bonus for Ray to 'conquer' the slopes in the opposite direction!

All money Ray raised through the kind and generous sponsorship of his mountain marathon will be donated to the St David's Hospice.
