A 25 year old man from Oldham will appear in court after being charged with driving without due care and attention, and failing to stop and report an accident following an incident in Llanfoist in May.

"Following our appeal relating to a fail to stop road traffic collision where a red Vauxhall Astra collided with a motorbike on the B4246 in Llanfoist on May 16, the driver has been identified,"said a spokesman for Gwent Police.
