Wales desperately needs to find one more area in the

principality to compete with the rest of the UK, lest we be

seen to be the poor relations of this amazing set of

islands.

We can come first in rugby and many other activities, but

when obesity is mentioned we can only provide five out of

six of the worst areas for obesity in the UK.

How sad that we in this area called Monmouthshire

cannot help the country to achieve all six of the top spots.

If only MCC would sanction the building of yet another

food supermarket in this region we could all spend a little

more time gorging ourselves and help expand our

waistlines to accommodate even more clothes from the

new George range when (or if) it becomes available in

Naturally, the area for clothes would have to expand

according to the increase in expanding bodies that the

clothes would be required to encompass.

With food becoming more expensive it will be even more

necessary to increase the number of food outlets to

counter this problem.

Of course, one radical remedy would be to reduce our

intake of food, exercise a bit more and actually take more

responsibility for our own health all enjoy a more relaxed

way of life.

That would be a weight off everbody's mind.
