THE annual Halloween Fright Night will once again take place at the Blaenavon Workmen's Hall on Friday, October 31 and it promises to be a howler!

The free event starts at 6pm and there will be lots going on throughout the evening including a Halloween magic show, spooky story telling, fortune telling, face painting and Halloween games. Visitors can end their evening with either a choice of 'Dracula's Disco' or view a free special Halloween film in the cinema both starting at 8pm.

For all those ghosts, witches and Draculas out there why not have a go at impressing the judges in the children's and adults fancy dress competitions or bring your carved pumpkin along and enter the best carved pumpkin competition sponsored by Sainsbury's.
