Crickhowell High School’s sixth form netball team won the South Powys tournament a little while ago and went on to beat Llanfair Caereinion High School, the winners of North Powys, last Friday (January 29).

In a highly competitive match the Crickhowell girls raised their game and eventually won 32-24 to claim the title of U18 Powys netball champions.

The school wants to congratulate the players for their tremendous effort, dedication and motivation. They will now go on to compete in the Presidents’ Cup.
