Christmas entertainment came thick and fast at Glaslyn Court residential home near Gilwern on Saturday.

Goldwings motorbikes, decorated for the festive season and led by Father Christmas, were first on the scene, watched from the steps of Glaslyn by many of the residents.

Hot on their heels were Tote Amaze Bells handbell ringers who entertained residents and staff indoors, followed by a lively performance from Dance Attack, a troupe of young dancers and their 16-year-old trainer from Abergavenny.

One of the residents, Colin Eynon, was particularly happy to see the handbell ringers as he was once a church bell ringer himself.
