THE owner of a newsagents is appealing for witnesses after two charity boxes were stolen from the shop counter.

Hugh Stokes, of B4A News, Cross Street, Abergavenny said the two boxes contained around £30. They were in aid of the Air Ambulance and were stolen last Monday. Anyone with information should contact Gwent Police on (01633) 838111.
