The Monmouthshire County Citizens advice service has recently extended the opening hours of their office in Monmouth, at 23a Whitecross Street, to four days a week.

We have been able to do this due to the hard work of our staff and volunteers and in a continual desire to extend access to our services when resources allow.

We also continue to have a four days a week service at our other offices in the county at Abergavenny, Caldicot and Chepstow and to provide outreach services in Usk and Wyesham as well as other sites in Abergavenny and Chepstow.

The aim of the service is to give anyone who needs it advice and information on a very wide range of issues.

The office in Monmouth is now open Monday to Thursday from 10am until 2pm and you can drop in at any time.

For those who have access difficulties or an inability to travel they can telephone our Adviceline number 03444 77 20 20 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we will provide the information they require.

We will arrange appointments as necessary with generalist and specialist advisers and in some instances may be able to do home visits.

The trustees of Monmouthshire County Citizens Advice are looking to recruit a trustee from the Monmouth area to represent the community. For more details please contact the Chief Executive Officer at [email protected].
