A SAFE containing pension money belonging to residents was stolen when a Brynmawr care home was burgled in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Gwent Police are appealing for information following the burglary at Chilton Place on Alma Street at approximately 4.30am on October 27.
Additionally, car keys were stolen along with a black Peugeot 308 cc convertible from outside. This was later found abandoned on Bath Lane at 5.10am.
Two further vehicles were also reported to have been broken into overnight on Alma Street; a BMW Z3 and a Suzuki Jimny.
