ABERGAVENNY based company Mugbys visited St. David’s Hospice in Newport recently to present a cheque from the sale of their Adam ‘Bomb’ Jones endorsed Mugby.

Local cartoonist Mumph and creator of the unique range of Mugbys said, “It’s been an absolute pleasure working on the Bomb Mugby. Adam has been so supportive in endorsing the Mugby and donating his proceeds to St. David’s Hospice Wales.”

Adam Jones retired from international Rugby in 2014 but despite his absence from the Welsh rugby scene, sales of his Mugby are testament to how much he is still loved by the fans all over Wales and abroad.

The former British and Irish Lions and Wales international who is a patron of the charity said, “I love the caricature and I’m very happy that St. David’s Hospice should benefit. They do fantastic work supporting individuals and their families in very difficult times.”

Mumph added, “We’re delighted that Adam’s endorsed Mugby is able to raise funds for a such worthy cause like St. David’s Hospice.”
