BLAENAVON Blues will commence pre-season training at the Memorial ground on Saturday, July 2, from 12pm.

Old and new players are more than welcome to attend. This session is open to all junior players, including any under 18s who wish to play senior football during the new season.

Blaenavon Blues AFC are seeking to appoint a reserve team manager for the forthcoming season.

The candidate will manage the club’s second team who compete in Division One of the Gwent Central league. They will work alongside the club’s first team manager and newly formed under 18s management team, to develop a strong playing squad for the club.

The candidate with have a great selection of youth players from the clubs under 18s, and experienced players who have served the club for many years.
