WORK will begin on the Brewery Yard scheme in Abergavenny on Monday, October 13.

As a result, public parking on the upper and lower level will no longer be possible from Sunday, October 12, although access to the rear of the Market Hall and premises adjoining the site, will be maintained.

Bob Greenland, Deputy Leader and cabinet member for regeneration services, said, "It's great to see the scheme is ready to start.  We will do our best to ensure the work is done as quickly as possible. The results of this project will mean Abergavenny has a vastly improved setting for traders, visitors and locals."
