AN open letter has been sent to the leader of Monmouthshire County Council, Andrew Crump, calling on him to be answerable to the people of the county over the recent budget saga. Labour leader Councillor Rob Griffiths says he has written the letter because of his concerns over some of the "contentious decisions" which led to almost a £2million underspend.
