Captain Brian Lewis held his Captain’s Day at Wernddu Golf Club on Sunday August 14 in good weather, with all sections of the club having an enjoyable game of golf followed by a barbecue.
The winner was Mike Randall with an outstanding round of Gross 67 (nett 61) and 44 stableford points.
The runner-up was Senior Captain Hayden Holder with 38 points.
The ladies winner was Pat Ford with a nett 64.

Brian Lewis was keen to support the Mayor’s appeal for Alzheimer’s UK and £825 was raised. The club wishes to thank all who took part and everyone who bought raffle tickets or made generous donations.
